Humpback Dinner Club Got Crowded

Photographer Jean Tresfon captured these amazing pictures of a pod of 60 humpback whales feeding off the coast of South Africa in an area known as Crayfish Factory.

Tresfon told The Daily Mail, “It is truly amazing to witness such a large gathering of humpback whales all feeding at the same time. The sea in Table Bay and down the length of the Atlantic Seaboard was a beautiful aquamarine blue, the cleanest I have seen it in over five years of flying.”

“I found the main group, a huge pod of approximately 60 humpback whales in a tight bunch. It was truly an incredible sight and the images do it no justice at all.”

Fur seals even joined in on the feeding frenzy.

Really crowded.
