Rambo: The Octopus ‘Octographer’

Say ‘cheese’!

Meet Rambo – the very first octopus to be trained to take pictures. Yep, an octographer.

Rambo’s new skill is part of a partnership between Sony and SeaLife Aquarium in Auckland, New Zealand. A Sony TX30 compact camera is attached to the outdoors of  the tank, and Rambo was trained to press the camera’s red shutter button when visitors stand in front of a special backdrop.
