SeaWorld Expansion Saves Whales, Activists Complain
Minutes after SeaWorld’s announcement about their Blue World Project, one of the biggest expansions in marine park history, the Animal Welfare Institute (AWI) had posted a statement blatantly dismissing this ground breaking expansion.
This pathetic response confirms that for AWI, PETA, and other radical groups, there is no reasoning, no sensible middle ground, no pragmatic solutions. These people won’t be happy unless all the animals at SeaWorld are dead, like Keiko the killer Whale from ‘Free Willy’, who died a painful solitary death after a botched release attempt by people who are now part of AWI.
They offer no science to back-up their claims. No statements from credible veterinarians or marine experts. All AWI did was repackage the same old PETA complaints. It’s a stark contrast between the direct action of SeaWorld toward bettering the lives of Killer Whales across the globe and the “shouting from the cheap seats” by groups who do nothing to save animals.
See the agenda at work here?
They think you are too stupid to do your research. They want to use you like a puppet.
The people at AWI would like to put all zoological organizations into a “no win” scenario where their only choice is to close down. For the tens of thousands of people who work at these facilities, the thousands of animals who call these amazing places home, and the tens of millions of people who visit each year, that would be a tragedy!
SeaWorld, like other zoos and aquariums, will continue to offer incredible experiences for us all. They will continue to improve the lives of the animal’s in their care. They will continue their commitment to animals rescues and educate more people about the plight of the natural world.
We proudly celebrate SeaWorld’s Blue World announcement. Once again they are raising the bar for animal care and ocean conservation.
Note the activist “scientists” just continue to copy and paste their no-compromise rhetoric on the internet.
